We collect the details you give us—name, email, phone, travel dates, group size, and booking notes—so we can reply, confirm a booking, and support you before and after travel. If you sign in, we also store account and booking records needed to show your dashboard.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand traffic. That includes Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel when they are loaded on a page. You can block cookies in your browser; some site features may then work less well.

We do not sell your personal data. Payment partners, email, and hosting providers process data only as needed to take payment, send messages, or run the site. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for support, accounting, and legal duties, then delete or anonymise them where the law allows.
