Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours, experiences, travel packages, and related services booked through Baku Holidays, unless your booking confirmation or the specific product page states otherwise.
General booking conditions
- Travel dates, inclusions, and pricing are as stated in your booking confirmation, voucher, or on the relevant product page at the time of booking.
- Public holiday periods and peak-season restrictions may apply where stated on the product page or in your confirmation. This can include official holidays (for example Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, and UAE National Days) and peak periods such as school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine's Day.
- Infant fee: AZN 300, unless a different fee is stated on the product page or confirmation.
- Requested travel dates are confirmed subject to availability. If seats or capacity sell out, we will offer alternative dates as close as reasonably possible to your preferred dates (typically within ±2 days where operationally feasible).
- Any deadline to submit or confirm travel dates is stated on the relevant voucher, confirmation, or product-specific conditions — not in these general Terms.
- Many nationalities do not require a visa to enter Azerbaijan; others are eligible for visa on arrival or e-visa. For official visa information, please visit the Azerbaijan e-Visa portal.
- Unredeemed vouchers may be cancelled for a fee of AZN 250 per voucher, unless a different cancellation fee is stated in your confirmation or product-specific conditions.
- Seasonal promotions, limited-time offers, and package validity periods (if any) appear only on that tour or package page under Special Terms or Package-Specific Conditions.
